When the Archdiocese needed better financial information for one of our ministries, we brought in Wilkins Miller as the ministry’s outsourced CFO to process payroll and payables, and to look at various processes in place. They quickly jumped in and assisted the Administrator with improvement opportunities for capturing all billing opportunities for the programs, improved the flow for approving payroll time and processing invoices for payment.
