Industries / Natural Resources

Maximize your resources.

Natural resources are an important element of our regional economy and our firm experience. We are experienced in the areas of timber, coal, oil and gas. In addition to providing traditional tax and accounting services to our natural resource clients, we help our clients create succession and estate plans connected with their long-term goals.

Succession planning is always important and even more so in the case of family owned businesses, like so many of our natural resource clients. Minimizing estate tax is important in preserving your family’s assets. We regularly work with clients and their attorneys in creating an estate tax plan that minimizes taxes.
