Wilkins Miller Named a 2022 Best Company to Work For in Alabama

Wilkins Miller, an accounting and advisory firm with offices in Mobile and Fairhope, has been named one of the 2022 “Best Companies to Work for in Alabama” by Business Alabama and the Best Companies Group. The Firm earned fourth place and was formally recognized in the December edition of Business Alabama magazine. This is the eighth consecutive recognition to the list for Wilkins Miller, with all rankings placing in the top four.

This survey and awards program was designed to identify, recognize, and honor the best employers in Alabama, benefiting the economy, workforce, and businesses. To assist in making its selection, the Best Companies Group conducts a two-part survey process which includes evaluating workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics and employee surveys to measure employee experience. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final ranking.
