Wilkins Miller, an accounting and advisory firm with offices in Mobile and Fairhope, is proud to announce that it has been named one of the 2025 “Best Companies to Work for in Alabama” by Business Alabama and the Best Companies Group for the 11th consecutive year.

“Earning this recognition for the 11th straight year is a reminder of what makes Wilkins Miller special: our people,” said Allen Carroll, Managing Partner. “We’re grateful for our team’s dedication and for the trust our clients place in us. We remain committed to creating a workplace where our people can succeed and grow, enabling us to deliver the highest level of service to those we serve.”

The “Best Companies to Work for in Alabama” list, officially featured in the December edition of Business Alabama magazine, acknowledges 40 standout companies across the state.  The survey and awards program was designed to identify, recognize, and honor the best employers in Alabama, benefiting the economy, workforce, and businesses.  To assist in making its selection, the Best Companies Group conducts a two-part survey process which includes evaluating workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics and employee surveys to measure employee experience.  The combined scores determined the top companies and the final ranking.
