Pat specializes in the areas of finance reporting for closely held businesses and not-for-profit organizations, bookkeeping services, income tax preparation and estate and gift tax planning for individuals. She has worked with clients in many industries including retail, wholesale and service industries.

Allen Carroll first joined the firm in 1987 when it was formerly Pannell Kerr Forster and now serves as its Managing Partner. Allen’s experience is vast ranging from litigation and consulting services to traditional tax and accounting services in a variety of industries. Allen routinely works with attorneys and their clients as a damages expert and forensic accountant related to commercial disputes and civil and criminal litigation. He is experienced in all phases of the litigation process and has testified in federal and state courts and in arbitration hearings at the request of both plaintiffs and defendants.

Allen has served as an expert witness and consulting expert in a variety of matters and has led many engagements including determining economic damages, lost profits, accounting malpractice cases where he evaluated CPA professional standards, white-collar criminal matters, forensic investigations, intellectual property damages, bankruptcy, and business valuations.

He has participated in several high-profile matters including serving as expert for Plaintiffs’ Class Counsel in the Singing River Health Systems Pension Litigation that resulted in a $149,950,000 settlement and the BP Oil Spill Multi-District Litigation, professional malpractice related to a big four accounting firm, several criminal matters including the owner of one of the largest automobile dealerships in the U.S. and the owners of a large specialty pharmacy. Recently, Allen led a team that evaluated several thousand business claims, for counsel, under the BP Oil Spill Settlement Agreement. Allen and his team led the training and education of numerous CPA firms throughout the southeast in calculating damages under the BP Settlement Agreement.

Allen has a degree in business administration (concentration in accounting) from the University of South Alabama. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Association of International CPAs and the Alabama Society of CPAs. Allen is Accredited in Business Valuation and been designated as Certified in Financial Forensics by the Association of International CPAs. He is also a Certified Valuation Analyst by the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts.

Allen has been involved with several civic activities in the community. He is on the Board of Directors for the University of South Alabama Foundation. He has served St. Luke’s Episcopal School as both Chairman and Treasurer for the Board of Trustees. Allen was a member of the National Board of Directors for Distinguished Young Women (formerly known as America’s Junior Miss). He was involved with the Mobile and Baldwin Counties Community of Concern Advisory Committee. Allen has been a committee member of the Mobile Chapter of Young Certified Public Accountants and has served on the Accounting Advisory Board for the University of South Alabama. He has also been an instructor for continuing education programs for the Mobile Chapter of Alabama Society of Certified Public Accountants, and has been involved with leading other continuing education programs as well.

Allen enjoys spending time on Dauphin Island with his family. He loves aviation, boating and motorcycles.

Morgan Cooper joined the Wilkins Miller team in 2015 as the Marketing Coordinator. After graduating from Auburn University with a bachelor's degree of arts in public relations, Morgan worked in non-profit marketing and development.

Morgan serves as the Vice President of the Distinguished Young Women Alliance, a Big Sister for the Big Brothers Big Sisters of South Alabama, and is an active member of PRCA. She is also apart of the Mobile United Connect Mobile Class of 2015.

Morgan and her husband, Robert, reside in Baldwin County and have two dogs, Alfie and Arie. She enjoys attending Auburn Football games, reading, crafting and spending time with her family.

Kenneth began his accounting career with a local CPA firm where he later became a partner. He joined Wilkins Miller when the firm acquired the Mobile-based accounting practice of Cherry Bekaert & Holland (CBH), a large regional accounting and consulting firm. Kenneth served as the Partner-in-Charge of CBH's Mobile office for over ten years and was a member of the firm's estate & gift tax committee and tax committee.

With extensive experience with working with closely held businesses in consulting and planning for minimizing income and estate taxes and business succession planning, Kenneth specializes in tax, accounting, and audit services for forestry related entities, estate & gift tax planning, non-profits, manufacturers, employee benefit plans, and closely held businesses.

After earning a bachelor's degree of science in accounting from the University of Southern Mississippi in 1969, Kenneth went on to serve as a Lieutenant in the United States Army in Okinawa as an Air Defense Missile Officer.

Sharon brings over twenty years of experience in public accounting to the Wilkins Miller team. Since joining the firm in 1994 and becoming manager in 2005, Sharon has specialized in Alabama film audits, audits of not for profit organizations, HUD entities, real estate and automobile dealerships.

With a bachelor's degree of science in business with a major in finance and a master's degree of accounting from the University of South Alabama, Sharon has invaluable experience in the taxation of individuals, partnerships, corporations, and not for profits She also works in client accounting services including payroll, human resource and general ledger maintenance.

With over thirty years of experience in public and corporate accounting, Michael White began his career managing, developing, and promoting a small business, and eventually turning it into a successful and lucrative candidate for buyout by utilizing his accounting knowledge to improve the bottom line.

Michael moved on to join the Wilkins Miller in 2013, with a vast knowledge of taxation through both the public and corporate accounting arena. His concentration lies in the areas of general business consulting, taxation, and financial reporting, with an emphasis in the areas of U.S. taxation, multi-state business taxation and compliance, international taxation, and consolidated and combined tax reporting of multiple entities

Michael is a member of the Association of International Certified Public Accountants, Alabama Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Colegio de Contadores Publicos Autorizados de Puerto Rico (College of Certified Public Accountants of Puerto Rico). He has served as a local instructor and course author for various state and local taxation seminars. Also a member of both the finance and parish councils, as well as a lecturer and adoration member of Christ The King Catholic Church in Daphne.

Michael enjoys spending time cooking, hunting and fishing, and following University of Alabama football.

With over thirty years of experience in public and corporate accounting, Michael White began his career managing, developing, and promoting a small business, and eventually turning it into a successful and lucrative candidate for buyout by utilizing his accounting knowledge to improve the bottom line.

Michael moved on to join the Wilkins Miller in 2013, with a vast knowledge of taxation through both the public and corporate accounting arena. His concentration lies in the areas of general business consulting, taxation, and financial reporting, with an emphasis in the areas of U.S. taxation, multi-state business taxation and compliance, international taxation, and consolidated and combined tax reporting of multiple entities

Sallie Wilkie joined the firm as an accountant in December 2012. With a bachelor's degree of science in business with a concentration in accounting from the University of South Alabama, Sallie specializes in trust, gift, estate and not-for-profit taxation.

She is the president of the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Mobile Red Shoe Society.

Outside of the office, Sallie enjoys spending time with her family and dogs, scuba diving, anything Disney, running, yoga, hiking and traveling.

In 1996, Jing received the Award in Accounting from the University of California, Los Angeles, after earning a master's degree of art in educational administration from New Mexico Highlands University. She is also a member of the Association of International Certified Public Accountants and Alabama Society of Certified Public Accountants.

In her spare time, Jing enjoys reading, traveling and photography.
